The run is 10 miles, and details of the route can be found by following the race map below.
You’ll be pleased to know that the route has been measured to confirm the distance is accurate.
The route is manned by stewards, marshals or police at all road crossings and junctions.
There will be a vehicle at the head of the runners to alert everyone to your imminent arrival.
There will be manned stations along the route and at 1-mile distance marker points where runners may drop out. (If you do need to drop out, transport is available to bring you back to the start/finish.)
Health & Safety
First Aid and medical attention will be provided by St. John Ambulance around the course.
For health, safety and insurance purposes we cannot allow children below 16, including parents with buggies, or runners with pets, to run on the course.
It’s great to rise to a challenge but please be sensible about your own safety and how you’re feeling. Marshals are on hand to organise assistance if you need it.
“I’d definitely recommend it – 10miles is a great challenge for people looking to step up from the usual 5ks.”
